Roll Form Design – June 1968 – March 1976
Max started as a lathe hand manually turning roll form tooling and was promoted to general manager in 1975.

Contour Roll Company – March 1976 – January 1985
Vice President and owner: responsibilities of manufacturing rolls, try-out, customer relations, purchasing, and personnel.

Form Tech – January 1985 – March 1988
After selling his interest in Contour, Max created Form Tech to act as a consultant to the roll forming business. Max conducted numerous training programs at customer’s facilities on proper set up of roll tooling and troubleshooting to achieve the ultimate profile. Max also showed customers new ways to improve production rates and how secondary operations could be eliminated to give the customer a 100% completed part from the roll form line.

Tru-Cut Tool & Machine Corporation – March 1988 – September 2009
Max joined the company as the only sales person, was promoted to Vice President of sales and part owner in 1993 and to President in 1999. Max was responsible for the company becoming known as one of the premier roll form companies in North America and added new customers in Mexico, Brazil, Taiwan and China.

Michigan Roll Form – April, 2010 – present
Max became Sales Manager- TruTech, after the purchase of Tru-Tech by Michigan Roll Form. His knowledge of TruTech customer’s needs, along with his vast experience, make Max a valued addition to the MRF sales team.
